El Presidente Condominiums has many amenities to offer: 2 BBQ grills, 33 x 56 heated & lighted beachside pool (hours are 9am-9pm), small wading pool, tennis court, beach & pool chairs, wireless internet in all units and by pool, laundry facilities or services and covered assigned parking (1 spot per unit.)
