Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, $200 will be returned to renter and El Presidente, as an administrative charge, will
retain $100.
If reservation is changed or cancelled within 60 days or less prior to arrival, all monies received is retained by El Presidente. |

Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
- A $300 advanced booking deposit is required at time of booking. 50% rental prepayment due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Upon arrival a $300 security deposit is required for Diplomats, Executives, and Statesman units: $500 for Gulf Front and $2000 for the Presidential suite.
- Security deposits are refunded within 30 days after departure
- Must be 25 years or older to rent.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Travelers checks accepted.
- Rates apply to a 4-person occupancy for 2 bedrooms and 6-persons for Diplomats and 3 bedrooms. A $10/per day per person charged for up to 2 (two) additional guests.
- All Long distance calls are accessible with a calling or credit card. Local calls are free
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.
- Change of unit or cancellation requires a 60 day written notice prior to arrival for a partial refund of deposit.
- All rates are subject to 7% sales tax and 4% tourist tax.
- Children of diaper age are required to wear swim diapers in pool.
- No pets, motor homes, RV’s, trailers, motor scooters, motorcycles, boats, roller blades or skateboards permitted on the property
- Management reserves the right to change unit number assigned without prior notice.
