Each apartment spans the width of the building and includes spacious balconies which are located on the South side of the structure. El Presidente has no lobby or interior corridors. You will park at ground level beneath the building, take an elevator to your floor and proceed to your apartment along an exterior corridor. The design, especially appreciated when going to and from the beach or pool in bathing attire, contributes to the appealing atmosphere of privacy.

El Presidente is large enough to provide resort-type recreation and is small enough to insure that your vacation will be serene and leisurely.
